Talking with my mother
My Saturday morning began at 10:40 a.m. by going into the main camp to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of tea. At 10:55 I then had a banana sandwich with some french-fries on the side. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes and put them away before return to my camp at 11:30. After brushing my teeth, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 12:00 I then returned to the main camp to talk with my mother. After doing so, I then returned to my camp at 12:15 to do my back stretches. At 12:27 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. At 12:33 I had used my had grips, squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each time. At 12:35 I grabbed my dumbbell's and to work my upper body. At 2:40 I then strapped on my ankle weights to do my leg exercises. At 12:46 I then ended my workout by doing another set of my back stretches once again. At 12:56 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 1:30 I then did my typing exercises. At 1:40 I then had a glass of lemon aid while talking to a friend. At 3:30 I then took a shower to get comfortable for the rest of the day before going into the main camp to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 4:30 to brush my teeth before pulling up my blog so as to type of my day.
