My Sunday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 6:12 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with an english muffin. Once I had finished eating, at 6:25 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with m inhaler, at 6:40 I then watched Sunday Mass online. At 7:10 Once mass was finished, I then made my bed. At 10:58 I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:20 I then did my typing exercises. At 11:30 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:40 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 11:55 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my upper body exercises. At 12:00 I had grabbed my hand grips and squeezed them five times for thirty seconds each. At 12:05 I had strapped on my ankle weights before doing my leg exercises. At 12:12 I had ended my workout by doing another round of back stretches. At 12:25 I then felt like writing, so I wrote a poem. At 1:34 my mother arrived back at camp from church and gave me communion. Once I finished praying, At :48 I then I had filled my empty pill containers. Once I was finished I then did a work search puzzle. At 3:00 my sister arrived at camp. She had made dinner for us. While there she had connected Net Flix up to my Television in my camp. At 3:56 I then went into the main camp to eat dinner with my sister and parents. At 4:50 I went to my camp to take a shower to get comfortable for the evening. I then pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day.
