Another wee workout

I began my Thursday morning at 5:30 a.m. with my stretching and weight exercises. At 6:30 I then went to the kitchen to eat breakfast. At 7:00 I then made my way downstairs to ride the swin air dine. At 7:30 I then went back to my bedroom to take a shower and get ready for my day ahead. At 8:30 I began a load of laundry. I then sat down at my computer to write out my most recent poem into the notebook I am keeping them in. At 9:00 I hung the laundry to dry. At 9:30 United arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel I had my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Amanda. She first had me ride fifteen minutes on the bike. Amanda then had me reaching for cones from her hand as I stood in the parallel bars. Each time I would reach for a cone she would move the cones to a different position, so as to stretch and reach, thus working on my balance. After I had eaten lunch in the dining area with other clients I then met with Laura from Bayside who was filling in for Nancy for my O.T. session. We used the wee so as to work on my balance playing soccer trying to head the ball and avoid other objects. I also worked on balance trying to get a ball in the hole on the wee by moving back and forth on the wee board. I then finished by playing golf so as to exercise my arm. It was then time to go home at 2:00. Upon my arrivel home I immediatly got on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went to my bedroom to stretch. I was a little tired so I skipped the weight workout. After my shower I went to the kitchen to eat soup for dinner. I then sat down to blog at 5:00. soon calling it a day.
