Special event at WestSide Bates College Students to sing Occopella

I began my Thursday morning at 5:00 a.m. by non other then stretching and doing my weight exercises. At 6:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 6:45 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then continued to get ready for my day ahead. Dr. K.'s office called. My neourologyst up in Bangor to tell me to increase my medication intake daily. At 9:00 a.m. United WheelChair arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel I meet with Brian for a one on one counceling session. He had given me an assignment. To make a list of events on how I prepare myself for the ski season starting with where I am at right now. At 11:00 during my P.T. sessiong with Amanda, she first had me riding the bike for twenty minutes, then she had me doing leg lifts on the mat with weights. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. At 12:10 I went in the room across from the gym to rest until 1:00. I then had my o.t. session with Nancy. She had me working on my balance by using the wee. The wee ski to be exact. At 2:00 I had another break before the special event. I used this time to clean up and get out of my gym clothing and put on some pants and a shirt. I then used the remaining time to rest. We then first gathered in the kitchen to eat. We had spaghetti with an alfrado sauce. First we decorated cookies. we then Jingo. Then Bates College Students showed up to sing accapella. It was symply ausom. At 6:30 we then left for home. I arrived home at 8:15 I arrived home, blogged, and off to bed.
