Happy Labor Day

I began my Monday at 8:00 a.m. by getting up and getting dressed at my aunt and uncles house on Cedar Lake. As soon as I was dressed I had gone out into the kitchen to eat breakfast. My Aunt Marion had made me a dropped egg on toast. My parents and I then packed up the truck. We then said good-bye to my Aunt Marion, Uncle Don, and my cousin Chris. We were soon then on the road back to Farmington at 9:00 a.m. We had made pretty good time, we had arrived home at 12:15. I then put on my workout clothing and road the workout bike for thirty minutes. At 12:35 I then went to my bedroom to unpack from the trip up north. After putting away what clothing I did not use and bringing my dirty clothing to the laundry room I then began to do my upper weight exercises. I remember the days when I use to miss a workout or two, how I thought I would decline in my recovery and something drastic would happen to my body. I am over that now. What I do now could help improve my progress. At 1:20 I then went out in my driveway to do some walk/jogging. I had gone back in forth ten times before going back inside. I then did some stretching before taking my shower. After doing so, I then lied down to rest. I had slept two hours before getting up at 4:00. I then spoke to a friend on the telephone before talking to Fair Point to connect myself back to the internet. I then began to blog.
