What a wonderful day spent at camp
I began my Saturday morning at 8;30 a.m. by going into the camp from my bunk house to eat breakfast. My mother was at camp so she had made me scrambled eggs, sausage, and a toasted muffin. While she was preparing I had sat down to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. Once I had finished with my breakfast, I had brushed my teeth before beginning my workout. At 9;40 I had done my tension I.D. and control exercises. At 9;45 I then preceded with my swallowing exercises. First with a hard swallow. Then the swallow where I put my tongue between my teeth. I then did some pucker, smile exercises. At 10:00 I then went for a walk with my mother down a camp road. We returned to camp at 10;50. Once inside we had sat down at the table to play three games of cribbage before having some lunch at 12;50. I then brushed my teeth and went out to my bunk house to take a nap. I had slept for three hours before going back into camp at 4:00. I then went upstairs to take my shower, before sitting down at my laptop to blog. What a peaceful relaxing day.
