Showing Deb information I had found out with Susan during speech

My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. Once I had done my stretching, I had then preceded to shave before doing my tongue exercises. At 6:05 I then took my shower and drank my hot cocoa as I was getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then had made my way into the kitchen to eat my fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 7:00 I then had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and to then put my clean laundry away. After doing so, I had called my grandmother, while waiting for United wheelchair to arrive. My ride had showed up at 8:30, thus geting me to WestSide at 9:50. Upon my arrival I had met Carol in the gym for my P.T. session. Carol first had me walk ten minutes on the treadmill. I then stood on the erix pad while tossing a ball back and fourth with carol so as to work on my balance. At 10:40 we then went outside to do some walking. At 11:00 I was back inside. I had made my way into the conference room for Brain injury Education Group. Today Deb and Michelle first had us review last weeks group and what we had accomplished. Taping the glasses to make simulated visual activity. We then reviewed our new flyers we have to send out to schools and organizations for potential presentations. At 12:00 I had then gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before doing a round of my tongue exercises. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. We first had shared the weeks events with Deb and John. Deb then let us know how the Brain Injury Walk will eventually be starting up again. At 2:00 during my speech session with susan, we had spoke about how to answer questions when not prepared in Brain Injury Education group. We then went on line to look up brain shaped splat balls to demonstrate what it is like to receive a concussion. This is to show people what I had gone through in my ski accident, thus receiving a concussion. At 3:00 during a rhab session with Deb, we had gone on line so that I could show her the things Susan was showing me during my speech session, so as to use in brain injury education group. At 3:30 Roger from United Wheelchair took me home. I had arrived home at 5:00 thus going strait to my bedroom to blog before dinner.
