Trying to stay awake through out the day while on my new seizure medication.
My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded with my upper weight exercises. My energy level was a little low, so I had skipped my leg exercises. The extra medication that is helping me with my seizure control, I think is playing a part in that. Until my body grows accustomed, I feel as thought I will be a walking zombi for a while. Once I had shaved and taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat my fruit. After doing so I then had some pancakes left over from the weekend. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then quickly gathered my things. Larry from United Wheelchair arrived shortly afterwards. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before going to the conference room for yoga. Today Michelle and Amathist had us following a guided yoga wokout then meditation. At 10:00 during Tai chi we practiced the form as we gazed at the moon. At 11:00 during expressive arts today, I painted my project I was working on a red color. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat lunch before taking my shower. At 12:45 I then met with Piper for case management. We spoke about next weeks special event. A B. B. Q. which I had signed up to attend. At 1:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 2:15 thus going strait to bed. The new medication is really waring on me. I had slept until 4:20 before be awakened by my sister who is visiting. I then went out into the kitchen to eat dinner with my family. Once I had finished eating I returned to my computer to enter my daily blog entree.
