Talking to Piper about my goals during case management

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to do my stretching. After 30 minutes of pulling here and yanking there, my body seemed to be good to go. I then preceded to work my upper body with my weights. At 5:30 I had shaved and showered thus getting ready for the day ahead. As I was doing so, I had made sure to be drinking plenty of water. Once I was ready my father had taken me to Franklin Memorial Hospital to have my blood drawn. It was a fasting blood test to be sent to my neurologist. Once I had my blood drawn I had gone back out into the car to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich my mother had made me along with some milk. United then picked me up at the hospital to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before going to the conference room for yoga. Michelle and Amathist had us following a workout on line as we worked on our breathing and balance. At 10:00 I had stayed in the conference room for Tai Chi with Priyadarshi. Today we continued to practice the form as we work on our balance. At 11:00, I then made my way to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts. Today Michelle and Casey had us finish our projects using toilet paper rolls. At 12:00 I had then gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. I had then taken a shower before my case management session with Piper. I had arrived home at 2:45, thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 4:45 before getting up to take yet another shower to cool off. I then went into the kitchen to eat my dinner before calling grandma. At 6:00 I then sat down to blog.
