Trying to straiten my medication out.
My Monday morning began at 4:50 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I then preceded with my upper then lower weight exercises. At 5:30 I then shaved before sitting down to fill my pill containers. At 5:45 I had taken my shower before going out into the kitchen to eat pancakes for breakfast. I then brushed my teeth before grabbing my lunch and knapsack and off to WestSide I went. Upon my arrival for 9:00 a.m. I had met with Michelle for a p.t. session, nut I had asked her if we could take the time to organise my new medications to prevent from having these ora's. And so we did. We had taken two hours figuring out the dosages, talking to Dr. Salvitelli's office and the Dr. Ablitz the neuropsychologist at WestSide to help us in figuring out what to do and what the medications actually for. He thought the dosages that had ben prescribed to me were extremely high. Michelle and I then called my neurologist to leave a message. Dr. Ablitz had mentioned that it was more then a typical dose. At 11:00 I then made my way to the kitchen for Baking basics. Today we had made Something with crescent rolls. Once we had tasted our creation, we then planned for next week. Smoor cookie sandwich's. At 12:30 I then sat down to eat my lunch. I had then met with Deb at 1:00. Together we Worked on Deleting my email. At 2:00 during my break, I had first taken a shower before sitting down to continue deleting my email. At 3:00 during social group Casey had us playing yahtzee to help engage in conversation. At 4:00 Rod took me home. I had slept all the way. After the aura I had this morning, I was more then ready for some type of rest. I had arrived home at 5:14, thus going strait to my bedroom to blog before dinner.
