Talking about publishing poetry during poetry group with Carina

My Monday morning began on this day at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then began to do my upper weight exercises. After doing so, I had strapped my ankle weights on and began to work my legs. Once my workout was complete, I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I had then mead my way out into the kitchen to eat some fruit before eating a bowl of cereal and left over eggs and sausage for breakfast. At 7:00 I then made my way back to my bathroom to brush my teeth. I then folded pillow cases from camp that had been drying out on my deck. After doing so, I had then brought my lunch and knapsack by the door. United Wheelchair soon arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide, Once I had put my lunch and knapsack in my locker, I had met Florina in the gym my p.t. session. I had first walked twenty-five minutes on the treadmill, going 1.04 miles. I then stood on the erix pad within the parallel bars while passing a ball back and fourth with Florina. After doing so I had ended the session with the ring toss in the hallway. At 10:00 I then made my way to the conference room for poetry group. Carina first had us share our Sonnet poem we had written. Carina then spoke about publishing our poetry. At 10:20 we then worked on Found Poetry as a group. This is a type of poem where you use an artical from a magazine, information from a phone book, or some other type of magazine and or text book, ect. An artical from the news paper even a cookbook. Thus using the information to write a poem. At 11:00 I had made my way to the kitchen for baking basics group. Today Deb had helped us make a lasagna. Once we had finished, we then sat down to look for another recipe for next week. At 12:30 our group sat down to eat lunch. At 1:00 during my During my rehab session with Deb, she had given me the Brain Injury Education Group Broshure to go over checking for mistakes before our next group meeting on Wednesday. I then gave Deb a copy an outline of information I had typed out that I had gone over with Susan during my speech session of activities and things to use for activities to do during our presentations. We then worked on deleting email. We then started to put my schedule back into my Ipad. At 2:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before going to social group at 3:00. During social group today we had played the game worst case scenario with Mat and Laura as we drumbed up conversation while doing so. At 4:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 5:10. Once I had put something comfy on, I had sat down to eat dinner with my sister. At 6:00 I then went to my lap top to blog.
