Another minor disruption in my daily therapy
I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. At 5:30 I then ran the razor across my face before strapping on my ankle weight. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 6:30 I had brushed my teeth thus getting ready for the rest of my day. After taking my shower, I had grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. I had called my grandmother before leaving, but was unable to get her in her room before stepping my foot out the door. United Wheelchair had at the doorstep of WestSide neurorehab by 9:00 a.m. Once I had my things in my locker I had gone to Yoga group. Tobie had us doing certain poses, Which eventually, I had become sick doing. My vision became blurred and I became a little dizzy. What now? I had thought to myself. Piper then came to take me to Johns office to rest. I did so until lunch, thus missing the rest of my therapy for the day. I am lucky I did not sign up for tonights special event. At 12:00 I had taken a shower to help wake me before going to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:45 I then had my case management session with Piper. She had let me know that she will be taking me out of all physical group therapy until we find out what is going on with me. At 1:00 Bob from United then took me home. I had arrived home at 2:15. Once inside, I had put something comfortable on and lied down. I had slept from 2:30-5:00 before getting up to eat dinner. I then return to my laptop to blog the day, and what a day indeed.
