Planing a presentation to be done at WestSide during B.I.E. group
My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I had then preceded with my upper weight exercises. At 5:50 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 6:00 I then shaved before putting some clean laundry away. I then preceded to take my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then made my way out into the kitchen to eat breakfast. Once I had picked up the kitchen, I had brushed my teeth before starting a load of laundry. Once I had the laundry hung, I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to therapy for 9:30 Dan had grabbed me by locker and brought me outside. He was going to have a fire drill. He warns those ahead of time who are prone to having seizures, thus taking them outside. Once the clients were all accounted for, we then went back inside to precede with our day. I then had my counseling session with Brad. We continued working with the mindfulness practice. At 10:00 I then met Lydia in the gym with her student. I had first walked on the treadmill for twenty minutes. I then worked on my balance by standing on the bosu ball with Cote. He then had me standing on the erix pad. We then discussed who's story is finished and who's needs to be worked on. We then looked at squishy brains to be used during our presentation's. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower before preceding with my day. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. We had discussed the quote, "Be a yardstick of quality, some people are not use to an environment where excellence is expected." After support group, I had met with Nancy who was covering for Susan for my speech therapy. During this time she did a language processing and following directions assessment. At 3:00 I then met with Deb for a support session. Today touched upon the idea of independent living. At 3:30 Pete then brought me home. I had arrived home at 5:00. Upon doing so I put on something comfortable before sitting down to eat dinner. I then called grandma before pulling up my blog,
