Making a pumpkin during expressive arts

My Tuesday morning began on this first day of September at 5:30 a.m. by stretching. After doing so, I then preceded to do my upper weight exercises. At 6:10 I then preceded to get ready for the day. After taking my shower, I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth and soon was out the door. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:12 a.m. twelve minutes late for Yoga group. Michelle was there waiting for me to take me into the conference room. I then joined in with others. During Yoga group my eyes became blurred and I became sick to my stomach. My body was showing signs of an aura. I then sat down. I had sat out the rest of the group. I then told Michelle that I would not be able to join Tai Chi next. I was to tired to go on with anymore exercise. I was able to do the relaxation, but that was all. At 10:00 I then went to the lobby to sit for the next hour resting. Piper had come out to the lobby to see how I was doing as I was resting. At 11:00 I had gone to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle and Casey had us pick out a material so as to make a pumpkin with.We will be filling the material with cotton so as to make a round shape. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. After doing so I had taken a shower before meeting with Piper for my case management session. We had gone over advanced directives. At 1:00 Larry then took me home. Upon my arrival home at 2:45 I had gone strait to bed. I had slept from 3:00-5:34 before getting up. I then went out into the kitchen to have dinner before calling it a day.
