Fixing my fit bit with Deb

My Monday began on this twenty-first day of september at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I had then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs, while standing and laying. At 5:52 I had shaved before grabbing my weights so as to work my upper body. At 6:05 I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing, I had then made my way to the kitchen for a bowl of hot cereal, english muffin, and some fruit. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. On our way to pick up another client we had seen three deer. The mother and two baby's had jumped out in front of us as we were traveling the back roads of Farmington. United wheelchair had me at Westside's door step for 10:00 a.m. Once I had my lunch and clothing put in my locker, I had slowly made my way to the conference room fro poetry group. During poetry group Carina went on Coursera.org to start a poetry workshop. We will be doing six session as a group. We then discussed more on how to chose a topic. We then came up will some fall ideas like pumpkin, Halloween, Foliage, Fairs, Crisp, Hunting, so as to use in a poem we are to write on our own. At 11:00 I then had made my way to the kitchen for baking basics group. Today Casey and Nichole Making a recipe. I had mixed the eggs with some other ingredients. As I was doing so, my vision started to blur. Nurse Sally had been in the kitchen with another client, so I had mentioned it to her. It seems that I am on to much medication at this time for my body to handle. So my dose had been lowered for now thus working my way slowly back up to where I was at. Next week we will be making pepperoni pizza quiche. At 12:30 I had sat down to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I had met with Deb for rehab. in doing so, we had fixed my new fit bit. I had worked with through my brake so as to get my fit bit working. At 2:45 I had taken a shower before going to the conference room for social group. Today Laura and Casey had us playing trivial pursuit. As we were doing so, we engaged in conversation. At 4:00 United then took me home. I had arrived home at 5:00. Upon doing so, I had gone to my bedroom to put on something comfortable before eating dinner. I then went to my laptop to blog my days events.
