"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAD!"

Wednesday September 23 My Wednesday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a sweet bun. Once I had my fill, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth, shave, and to make my bed. T 7:05 I then began to stretch. Once I had completed to the routine, I then preceded with my weight workout. First my upper body, then strapping on my ankle weights I then began to work my legs. At 7:43 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day. At 9:00 I had called my grandmother. At 9:30 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to therapy. Upon my arrival, I had put my lunch and my clothing into my locker before going to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group for 11:00. During this time we had Deb had first given my my fit bit. We then started to work on our invitation we will be sending out to people to attend our presentation we are doing at WestSide for new clients and there family's. WE Then picked out a picture to go with the invitation. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then had made my way to the conference room for support group. Once we had all shared what was on our minds, I then went to the lobby to wait. At 2:00 I then met with Susan for speech. Today Susan had me write a found poem. As the Coursera course that I am working on with Susan had first instructed us to do. I then listen to abstraction. Image word or phrases, image of, texture, touch, taste chocolate. At 3:00 I then had a counseling session with Brad. Today Brad had gone over some of the side effects that I am experiencing from the medication I am on to help with my seizures. For example blurred vision, Dizziness, Headaches, to name a few. We then did a mindfulness practice. At 3:30 Roger took me home from United Wheelchair. I had arrived home at 4:50. Upon doing so I had lef strait for camp with my father. My mother was already there. Once at camp I had put on something comfortable before eating dinner. I soon then called it a day. Thursday September 24 I first would liked to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD" My morning began at 9:00 a.m. by getting up to take a shower. After doing so, I had made my way downstairs to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. After doing so, I had called my grandmother. We had spoke for thirty minutes, I then hung right before feeling dizzy, my vision became blurred, it felt like the earth was moving, I had to sit down. Things are becoming the way they use to be before this last stroke I had when I had seizures. That is right I said seizures. There had to be some relief, this has gone on long enough, since July 3rd. Once it had past, my vision had stayed blurry for a few more hours before clearing. The entire process was somewhat petite compared to what I was having. After watching my father and two other people move my old bunk house to a different spot in the yard to make room for the new on that I will be building I had gone to bed. I had slept from 11:45-2:15 before leaving to go home with my mother. We had arrived home a 3:00. Once the car was unpacked I then sat down to eat. At 3:45 I then called my grandmother. At 3:50 I then spoke to a friend briefly before having a snack I then pulled up my blog.
