Writing a poem during speech therapy

My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. After doing so, I had picked up the kitchen before starting the dishwasher. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave before then making my bed. Once I had things in order, I then began to stretch. Once I was loosened up, I had grabbed my weights and began to workout. Once I had completed my upper body, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 9:30 I had sat down to fill my pill containers for the week. At 10:00 I then lied down to rest. I had slept for an hour before getting up to unload the dishwasher. After doing so, I had taken my shower thus getting ready to go to therapy. After doing so, I had made myself a sandwich for lunch. I then sat down to eat. I then brushed my teeth, grabbed my knapsack, and away I went. I had arrived to WestSide Neuro rehab at 2:00. I first appointment was speech therapy with Susan. During our session, we listened to my next lesson on coursia in a poetry course I am taking. Today I had pick an object in Susans office and write a poem. I had chose a plant in a vase. The vase I see, sits on a shelf, The plant inside, Is full of wealth, It's lively and flourish's as it grows, On the outside fish swim in a row, It needs water or it will dry, Like the fish, as it swims by. The fish and the plant, soon become one, As they share the light, that shines from the sun. I then was given an assignment to write a poem for next week. At 3:00 I then met with Tobie for Recreational therapy. Tobie and I talked about Mandella's. She then gave me some to take home so that I could color them in. I chose one's that were larger in size. We then spoke about other leisure activities. She also gave me two worksheet, "Liesure Sentence Completion." At 4:00 Roger had taken me home. I had arrived home at 5:15. Once inside, I had taken a shower before sitting down to blog before eating dinner.
