A quiet lunch hour

My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. giving myself an extra hour of sleep before setting my feet on the floor. I then went out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. Once I had my fill, I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom to stretch and to do my weight exercises. After doing so, I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 9:15 United wheelchair had arrived at my doorstep to bring me to therapy. Upon my arrival at 10:25, I had gone strait to my locker to put my lunch and things away. I then made my way to the craft room for expressive arts group at 11:00. Quite a few staff and clients had gone to Pine Tree Camp this week for a three day two night camping trip starting this morning, so the clients who stayed back to at WestSide continued their regular therapy sessions with coverage. Today Susan filled in for Casey. We spent the time coloring different designs. becoming as creative as possible. At 12:00 I had made my way to the kitchen to eat my lunch. It was a quiet lunch room today with half of the clients and staff gone on the camping trip. At 12:30 I had taken a shower before meeting with Piper at 12:45 for case management. We had gone over my schedule and spoke about how things are going for me at WestSide. We then talked about the nurse that use to work at WestSide that had recently retired. There is not a nurse in this world that could replace you Sally. Piper and I then had a couple of good laughs before ending the session. At 1:00 I had met with Christine for a support session. She was covering for Deb who was on the camping trip. We had worked on my coursera course I am taking. I had arrived home at 2:50 and went strait to bed. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up. I then went out into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then called my grandmother, before pullin up my blog.
