working on breathing with John

My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. bygetting up to shave. After doing so I then began to stretch before doing my upper weight exercises. Once I had completed my workout, I then took my shower at 6:00 before going out into the kitchen to two toasted muffins for breakfast. Once I had finished eating I had brushed my teeth. I then gathered my lunch and knapsack to sit and wait for my ride. 8:30 United arrived at my doorstep. Upon my arrevel to WestSide, I had put my things in my locker before meeting with John. Today we worked on my breathing, which I have a problem with since my stroke. To practice, I had taken deep breaths counting 1,2,3. I tend to make this a goal to work on at my next focus group. At 11:00 During Brain Injury Education group we wrote explanations for mirror activity. We then talked about motor coordinationactivity. We also talked about how you see things backwards after a brain injury when they really are not. We then talked about writing name on knee while circling your foot. At 12:00 I then took a shower before eating my lunch. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. Once we had checked in we watched a videa on brain injury voices. Carol Star one of the speakers spoke about mindfullness and rattical acceptance and well being. I then grabbed my things from my locker and went to the lobby to type my blog entree then sit and wait for my ride.
