Presentation cancelled
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so I had taken a shower. Once I was ready for the day, I had gone out into the kitchen, so as to drink my hot cocoa and to east some fruit. After doing so, I had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then called my grandmother. We had spoke briefly, I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch, out the door I went at 8:45. I had arrived at WestSide for 9:45. I had put my things in my locker before going to the lobby to wait. I had eventually went into Brad's office for counseling session. I had first done a mindfulness practice. Today in Brain Injury Education Group we had discussed the were presentation we were scheduled to do for new WestSide clients and staff this afternoon. We had to reschedule the presentation which now gives us more time to plan, thus organizing story's and activities. At 12:00 I had made my way to the dining area to eat my lunch. I had then taken a shower before going back to the conference room for support group. Once we had finished sharing, Bob them took me home. I had arrived home at 3:15. Upon doing so, I had put on some comfortable clothing before laying down to rest. I had slept until 5:10 before getting up. I had then gone out into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then called my grandmother before pulling up my blog.
