Explaining to Tobie the activities in B.I.E. group
My Wednesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. After doing so, I had a bowl of hot cereal with an english muffin. At 7:25 I had brushed my teeth and shaved before making my bed. At 7:40 I then began to stretch. At 7:50 I then went to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I then continued stretching. At 8:00 I then preceded with my upper weight exercises. After sending out an e-mail. I had folded some laundry before hanging the load in the washer. I then put the laundry away. At 9:00 I had grabbed my things and off the therapy I went. I had arrived at 10:30. I had put my things in my locker before going to the lobby to sit and wait. At 11:00 I had gone to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. There was only myself and another client in attendance do to number of clients gone to pine tree camp this week. We had showed Tobie the activities that we do during our presentations. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area for lunch. I then took a shower. I then went to the conference room for support group. During support group we spoke about activities such as hiking, hunting, and camping, water skiing, and memory. At 2:00 I then had my speech session with Susan. She had helped me critique some other peoples poetry in my coursera online class I am taking. At 3:00 I then met with Brad for a counseling session. We continued to work on the mindfulness practice. At 3:30 Roger then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:45 thus going strait to my lap top to blog.
