Feeling much better today
I began my Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I had preceded with my upper weight workout then lower. Once I had completed my workout, I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. At 7:00 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth, shower and get ready for the day ahead. Once I was completely ready, I had called my grandmother. I the grabbed my lunch and knapsack before heading out the door. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my things in my locker before heading to Susans office for my speech session. Today Susan and I worked on taking a test in my cousera poetry course. I then listened to another assignment. After doing so, at 11:00 I had gone to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts group. Today Michelle and Casey had us finishing our project with did, where we traced a leave so as to make it shine as you put it against a window. We then started a new project using cardboard and construction paper. At 12:00 I had taken a shower before eating my lunch. I then had met with Piper at 12:45 for case management. We had spoke about how many month I had to go without a siezure before being able to ski. The answere was three. At 1:00 I had met with Deb for rehab. She started by saying, "You look much better today Troy." I think I had an aura yesterday morning before going to WestSide. We then continued to work with my fit bit. At 1:30 Brenda the nurse first took my blood pressure. We then spoke about my medications. I then spoke to her about the aura I had the other day. At 2:30 Bruce for United Wheelchair had taken me home. Upon my arrival home at 3:30 I had called my grandmother before sitting down to blog. I then got comfortable before eating dinner.
