Completing my focus meeting with Tobie. What I will be doing for the next six months.
My Friday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so, I had call my grandmother. At 8:48 I then preceded to work on a halloween poem I am in the middle of. At 9:00 I then began to lift weights. Once my upper body work out was complete, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 10:00 I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 10:46 I was feeling a little hungry so I had sat down to eat the half of my wrap. At 11:00 I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept for an hour before being awoken by my alarm. It is a good thing it was set, or I probably would have overslept. United had arrived at 12:46. Roger had taken me to WestSide. Upon my arrival for 2:00 a.m. I had put my things into my locker before meeting with Brenda who was filling in for Susan for speech. I had to first name an object that was being described by clues. I then played concentration with cards. I did pretty well overall. I then had some words I had to then give the synonym and antonym to each word. At 3:00 during recreational therapy, Tobie gave me an assignment for the week. To write a fictional biography of a client in the lobby. Describing there age, hair color, height, gender, where they are going, where they are coming from, and what do they do. I then did my focus group with tobie. chosing new groups and activities to help work on my goals for the next six months while at WestSide. At 3:15 Roger then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:15 thus taking a shower as I stepped inside the house. I then had a bowl of clam chowder and a snack before calling my grandmother to see how her day had gone. I then called my sister to chat before pulling up my blog.
