Hi Sally
My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. Letting myself sleep in an extra hour due to my schedule starting at 11:00 a.m. at WestSide today. I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and to eat some fruit. I then had half of a toasted english muffin with a bowl of cereal. I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave before starting my workout. At 7:40 I then began to stretch. I then did my upper and lower weight exercises. At 8:20 I then hung a load of laundry before starting another wash. After taking a shower, I had hung the other load. At 9:15 I had called my grandmother before leaving to go to therapy. Upon my arrival to WestSide I saw Sally as I walked into WestSide. She had asked me how my Doctors appointment went, I had replied that we did not go do to the weather. She then replied, "Keep us posted." At 11:00 I then went to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts group. We first organized the tissue papper onto some wax paper, then Casey and Michelle ironed them shut. We then traced the leaf shape. I then cut it out. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining to eat my lunch. After doing so, I had taken a shower before meeting with Piper for a case management session at 12:45. We had talked about my upcoming doctors appointment. At 1:00 during my session with Deb, she had asked me about a poem I had written shortly after getting out of the hospital.
