Making dog bisquits in a jar
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I had strapped on my ankle weights so as to exercises my legs. Once I had completed my workout, I then preceded to get ready for the day. I had first shaved before taking a shower. Once I was ready fro the day, I then went into the kitchen at 6:30 so as to eat some fruit before having a banana sandwich. At 6:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my lunch and knapsack. Bruce from United Wheelchair had arrived at 8:45. I had arrived to WestSide at Once I had my things in my locker, I then went to the lobby to wait. At 9:15 I then had my counseling session. I had talked about my frustrations, but ended in a positive note by talking about my running. At 10:00 I then made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first had me on the Nu Step for fifteen minutes. I then went over to the treadmill so as to do some running. At 10:40 Dan and I went into the computer so as to call Rick from Hanger to set up an apppointment with Rick so as to get fitted for a orthotic. to help while running. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for expressive arts. Today we had made a turkey. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went back to the arts and crafts room for literature group. Today we started reading the book Tuck everlasting. After doing so we answered questions. At 2:00 During my recreational therapy session with Tobie we had made dog bisquits in a jar. At 3:00 I then went to the computer room for creative writing. Laura first had us do a ten minute free write. We then started to write a story to be handed out at the WestSide Thanksgiving meal. At 4:00 I then grabbed my things before going to the lobby to meet Dan so as to bring me home. I had arrived home 5:30. Once I was comfortable I had eaten dinner before pulling up my blog.
