Working out hard today.

My Friday morning began at at 8:45 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my got cocoa. After doing so, I had fixed myself a bowl of chereos with a piece of toast. At 8:30 I had washed the dish's, thus picking up the kitchen. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth. At 8:45 I had then cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom so as to fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 9:30 I then had made my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. Once I was loosened up, I then worked my upper body with my weights. At 10:20 I then called my grandmother to see how her morning was going. My father then called. We spoke briefly I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 11:50 I strapped on my ankle weights so as to work my legs. At 11:50 I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of pea soup for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-3:00 before getting up to take my shower. Once I was clean, I grabbed a bowl of popcorn and my ice water, brought it to my bedroom and pulled up my blog so as to type todays entree.
