Sending a poem to the administrator so as to be put in next years Goodwill Calendar, Maybe

My Wednesday morning began 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I then shaved before beginning my weight exercises. At 5:45 I then had taken my shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking cocoa. After doing so, I then had peanut butter and honey on toast. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 7:00 I then sat down to fill my pill containers for the week. At 7:30 I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. United Wheelchair had me at the doorstep of WestSide at 9:00 a.m. Once my things were in my locker I then went to the gym for my p.t. session with Danielle. She first had me on the Nu Step cycling. After ten minutes, she then had me running three times. First time for one minute, second time for one minute and ten seconds and the third time for one minute. Once I had finished working out, Danielle then had me stretching and so as to work on my memory, I had to remember the stretches she has me do. They are different from the ones I do at home, so it makes it a little difficult.At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, she and submitted on of my poems for the administrator to maybe put in goodwill calendar that they are making this year, filled with artwork and other talent clients have. We then discussed other information to add to my presentation for Brain Injury Education Group. At 11:00 Michelle and I then made our way into the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today Michelle and Laura had us talking about getting back out in the community doing presentations. At 12:00 I then went to the dinning area so as to eat my lunch before taking a shower. At 1:00 I then went to the conference room for support group. As We were checking in I began to experience a migrane headache. Nurse Brenda had me go to her office to sit in the dark quiet room while waiting to go home. I had taken an advil at 2:30 while going out into the lobby to wait for my ride. I then went out into the van to sit. I had arrived home at 4:15. Once inside, I had slipped into something comfortable before pulling up my blog.
