An unexpected day off

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. I then worked my upper body before taking a shower thus getting ready to go to therapy. It was a somewhat snowy morning after a very snowy night, But I never thought my transportation would cancel me do to the weather. I had taken my shower at 6:00 thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I had given the dispatch a call at United Wheelchair to see if I would be picked up. Sure enough I was given a "NO" for an answer. I only had one day of therapy this week do to the holiday and I did not think the weather was all that bad outside. Once I was off the phone, I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa along with some fruit. At 6:20 I then had a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before making my move in words with friends. At 7:05 I had recorded information into the notebook that I keep in my back pocket. At 7:35 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 8:47 I had spoken to my grandmother before cycling for thirty minutes. At 9:15 I then went into the kitchen so as to empty the dishwasher thus putting the dish's away. At 9:40 I had gone out onto the deck so as to shovel the wet snow that had fallen last night. I did so until 10:30 before taking a shower. At 11:00 I then found myself crawling back into bed. I had slept until 2:00 before waking. i then had a bite to eat before returning to my bedroom so as to organise a drawer or two in my bathroom and bedroom. At 3:22 I then checked my e-mail for my schedule for therapy next week. I found that it was not there, so I had called WestSide Neuro so as to have it sent by way of email. At 4:15 I then did my stretch's for my back before taking a shower. I then went into the kitchen for a bowl of soup before pulling up my blog.
