Filling my empty pill containers
My Saturday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back exercises. Once I was all stretched I then continued with my normal stretching routine. At 9:25 I then preceded to work my upper body with my weights. Still continuing with the same weight exercises with my upper body has helped my arm return to its normal use. Although it still has a little tone in the area between the wrist and the elbow, I am happy so as to be able to throw a ball and frisbee while spending time time at the beach and use it to hold ski poles when I go skiing. At 9:30 I then strapped on my ankle weights so as to exercises my legs. At 9:40 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit before having some scrambled eggs and toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 10:08 so as to brush my teeth. My grandmother had called before I changed the sheets on my bed. At 10:30 I then shaved before sitting down to fill my empty pill containers fro the week ahead. At 11:00 I had vacuumed my bedroom before helping my mother take down a wreath above the fire place. We then hung a picture in its place. At 11:30 I then dusted my bedroom before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-3:00 before waking. I do not know if I will regain all my energy back after having my third stroke or not. Pryor to this last stroke I had, I was able to go all day at work after my morning run come home full of energy, and now I can not even work out in the morning with needing some kind of rest so as to energize my body once again so as to go on with my day. Once I was up, I had taken a shower before making my move in words with friends. I then did my back stretch's once again. At 4:30 I had eaten dinner before pulling my blog up at 5:00.
