Playing cribbage during a cog skills group
My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. By getting out of bed so as to stretch. After doing so, I then preceded to do my upper body weight work out. At 6:30 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went into the kitchen so as to have an omlet for breakfast with a ouece if toast. At 7:00 I had brushed my teeth before sitting down to wait for my ride. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had put my things into my locker before going to the gym for my P.T. Session with Dan. I had first gone on the Nu Step for twenty minutes. Once I Had peddled for twenty minutes Dan then had me in the hallway sidestepping over cones. He then added to the mix by giving me a cup to hold with a ball on it. At 11:00 during a rehab session with Sarah we had continued to work on my book, deleting unneeded spaces. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area so as to eat my lunch. After doing so, I then took a shower before meeting with Sally for my nursing session. We first called my P.C.P. We then looked up a Dr. Stevens. We then talked about my inhaler and how it is and isn't helping. She then asked me to bring in the inhalers I have at home. She then recommended I take two puffs in the morning and two puffs before I go to bed. Sally then said to keep my mouth closed after each puff one to two minutes. At 2:00 I then played cribbage with Sarah during a cog skills group in which I was the only one that showed. After three games I then went to the conference room to type my daily blog entry before going home.
