continuing to due those back exercises

My Friday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 9:30 I then cycled for twenty minutes before picking up the kitchen. At 10:00 I had returned to my bedroom so as to make my bed. I then spoke to my grandmother before putting some ice in my water bottle. At 10:12 a friend had called. We spoke briefly, I then began to stretch my back. I then crried on with my other stretching exercises. At 11:00 I then worked my upper body with my weights. After doing so, I then put some clean laundry away before eating my lunch at noon. I then brushed my teeth and shaved before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:20-3:30 before waking. I then had taken my shower, thus getting comfortable for the night before pulling up my blog.
