Admission Day into Main Medical Center

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I first stretch my back then did my other stretch’s. At 5:35 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my breakfast at 6:00. Once I had some fruit, I then had a banana sandwich. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 I then had left the house with my parents for Main Medical Center. We had met my sis Teri there at 9:00. We then checked in at 9:30. I was to be admitted to be hooked up to an E.E.G. In a room dedicated just for people with seizure problems. I am still on my medication, that will be taken away from me tomorrow so as to hopefully bring on a seizure. Elizabeth the E.E.G. Technician Wired my head up thus bringing me to my room. Once I was good to go my nurse for the day Karen and Tiffany the C.N.A. Came into my room to put the Leeds on my head. At 11:00 they finished by doing a test to see if everything was working well. Tiffany then took my vitals, 115 over 88 my blood pressure. At 11:00 I then lay in my hospital bed. At 11:30 Nurse Karen had come in my room to ask me questions. At 12:00 Nurse Karen then put an I.V. In my arm. At 12:15 I then had my lunch brought to me. After a lunch of roast beef corn and mashed potato, I then layed back down to rest. I woke up at 2:05. My neurologist had come in to see me at 2:10. Dr. Morrison had given me an exam before leaving. At 2:20 I had a quick snack before taking some pictures of my room. I then continued to rest until 4:20. Nurse Karen came into see briefly before I had eaten my dinner. Once I had finished eating a lobster roll and a slice of pizza, I then grabbed my I pad and began to type in today’s blog entry.
