At 9:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of oatmeal with a toasted bagel. At 9:30 I then had brushed my teeth before resting for thirty minutes. At 10:00 I had gone for a walk. I had walked 2.37 miles according to my fit bit before returning home. At 11:02 I had returned home. I then went into my bedroom so as to do my back stretch’s. I then had shaved before starting in with my the stretching that I have been since my stroke. At 11:35 I then had taken a shower. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 12:00 I then had a bite to eat. At 12:20 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest.
