Copy and paste

My Thursday morning began at 5:15 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. I first focused on loosening up my muscles with my strokes stretch’s before focusing on my back. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower while drinking my hot cocao. At 6:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 I then put my splint on before sitting down to read. I did so until 8:00 before taking my splint off. At 8:30 Lou from United Wheelchiar had arrived to transport me to WestSide Neuro rehab. I had arrived at 9:45. I had gone to an empty room while waiting for my rehab session with Nancy. I then made my way to her office. The noise in the lobby is just to much. Nancy had helped me during this time copy and paste a photo into my book about the chapter I had recently written on my stay at Maine Medical Center. We then figured out how many words I had and how many characters with a push of a button. At 12:00 Lou from United Wheelchair had brought me home. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once inside   I had eaten my lunch. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:40 before waking. At 5:15. Once I had taken a shower, I then sat down to type into today’s blog entry.
