An eventful day for my head
My Sunday morning began at 1:00 a.m. by waking up to my bed feeling like it was spinning and chills running through my body. I then felt like vomiting. Classics symptoms of a seizure as far as I am concerned. To top it off when I stood up out of bed, my legs were week. I had then experienced somewhat of a headache, but that was not my concern at this point. How was I going to get back to sleep. I had watched television until 1:30 to get my mind off of things I then turned it off and just layed there to rest. I could not fall back to sleep so as 4:15 I had put my splint on. Until 6:00. I then took the splint off before getting up to take my medication. At 6:30 I then watched Sunday Mass on television. At 7:00 I then went back to sleep until 8:50. I then went into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa and have a bowl of cereal. At 9:21 I had brushed my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. Once I had shaved, I had layed back down to rest. At 9:53 Ihad put some clean laundry away. At 10:00 I then lay back down on my bed so as to listen to my book. At 10:15 Ithen did my back stretch’s. I then preceded with the stretch’s that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 10:55 I layed back down to listen to my book. At 11:30 I had called my grandmother to let her know mom would be there shortly with communion and to let her know the reason why I did not visit today. At 12:15 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 12:30 I had put my splint on before my mother had arrived home. I then stopped listening to my book and took my splint off. At 12:50 I had taken two tylonol before brushing my teeth. At 1:15 I found myself back laying on my bed. I had slept until 4:20 before getting up to take a shower. After doing so, as I was getting ready to eat dinner with my parents, I felts sick to my stomach caused by a migranne headache. I then was only able to eat a piece of toast with some tea. At 5:30 I then did some reading before pulling up my blog.
