Transparency sheets

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my back stretch’s. After doing so, I continued stretching with with the stretch’s that have helped over time heal from my third stroke. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking a shower. Once I was ready, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with my cocao. After doing so, I had bowl of cream of wheat with a piece of toast. At 6:20 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking is some air. Once I was completely ready, I then put some clean laundry away. At 6:45 I then put my splint on while waiting for United Wheelcahair to arrive. I then filled my medication for he week before ordering some medication. At 7:45 I then left the house. I had arrived at 9:00 a.m. Upon doing so, I then went to the conference room for visually impaired group. During visually impaired group today Laurie had talked to us about transparency folders to help reading a paper easier by striving the paper in the folder. I had mentioned my magnifier that I use at home to read recipe’s. Laurie wants me to bring it in next week. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle, she had helped me copy and paste information from my blog during my stay at Maine Medical Center. At 11:00 I had gone to the conference room for  Brain Injury Education Group. Today we had planned presentations with Michelle. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby to meet my driver. Upon my arrival home, I had eaten my lunch before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed Down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:40. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blot at 5:30 and began to type.
