Leaning a new stretch during P.T.

My Friday morning bang at 4:55 a.m. by putting my splint on. I then crawled back into bed to let it work its magic. At 8:18 I then got up, taking my brace off before setting my feet on the floor. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:35 I had fixed myself a bowl of cereal to go along with my toasted half bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. And shave. At 9:15 I then called lagistacare, the company that takes care of transportation to medical appointments to set up my ride for the weeks ahead for my P.T. Sessions with John. At 9:50 I then began to stretch. While doing, I had spoken to my grandmother on the telephone. At 10:00 I then listened to my book. As I was listening, I continued to stretch my back with the stretch’s I received from the chiropractor. I then preceded with my stroke stretch’s. At 10:30 I had finished my workout. Upon doing so, I had taken a shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 12:00 I had watched the local news at noon before eating my lunch at 12:45. At 1:00 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 1:30 Before waking. I then washed my face and brushed my teeth before meeting United Wheelchair in the driveway so as to bring me to physical therapy. I had arrived there at 2:10. Today John had me first cycling for ten minutes before going into the parallel bars. He then put ankle weights on my legs. I then did different types of leg, ankle, and toe exercises. At 3:20 April picked me up and took me home. I had arrived home at 3:35. Once inside, I had packed some things for the weekend. I then filled my empty pill containers. At 4:30 I then ate dinner before pulling up my blog.
