Drawing Christmas pictures during Bullet Journal Group
My Monday morning began at 5:10 a.m. by making my bed. I then began to do the stretches that have me during my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, at 5:37 I then worked my upper body by doing my upper body weight routine. At 5:45 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 6:00. Then completed my workout so as to shave and take my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toasted banana bread before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had picked my bathroom up, I then sat to wait for my ride. United Wheelchair had arrived in my driveway at 7:15. Ihad arrived at westside Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. I had gone strait to the conference room for news letter group. This months news letter was completed, so Ashly had us finish watching the movie “Pearl Harbor.” At 10:00 I had gone to a smaller room for my rehab session with Ashly. Today she and I played three games of cribbage. At 11:00 during Bullet Journal Group, Jessica had us drawing Christmas pictures. Today I drew a mitten and bells. Ithen began to draw Santa, but I will end up finishing that next week. At 12:00 I had met the United Wheelchair driver in the lobby who would be bringing me home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I was comfortable, I then had a bowl of soup for lunch. At 1:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest and slept from 1:30-4:00 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. At 4:30 I had retunred to my bedroom so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog, so as to type of my day.
