Drawing Christmas Pictures during bullet Journel Group

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then had started in with the stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, At 5:17 I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight exiercses, so as to work my upper body. At 5:27, I had began to to do my back stretches. To complete my workout, I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 5:45 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready, I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit, while drinking my hot cocoa. After a bowl of cereal and toasted English muffin, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 6:40 I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:30 I had grabbed my knapsack and met United Wheelchair in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. I had made my way to the conference room so as to work on the news letter. We first finished watching the movie “pearl Harbor” before then coming up with Ideas for January’s News letter. I will be writing articals on Martin Luther King Junior Day that is held on January 21 and national peanutbutter day that is held on January 21. At 10:00 Ashly and I played cribbage during our rehab session. At 11:00 during bullet jouornal group, I had continued to draw Christmas pictures in my journal. I then made my way to the lobby at 12:00 so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I was inside my bedroom, I had put on something comfortable before going out into the kitchen so as to eat my lunch. At 1:45 I then went back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:17 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of chili before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
