Out in the community with Jamie
My Friday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then preceded to do the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke recovery. At 5:27 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then shaved and took my shower. Once Iwas ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the kitchen at 6:00 a.m. so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. After doing so, I had some left over egg casserole from Christmas Morning. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:00 I then filled my empty pill containers while listening to my audio book. United Wheelchair had arrived at 7:30 a.m. in my driveway. Once I had boarded the van, we were on our way. I had arrived to WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. During cognitive brain games group Ashly and I had playe several games of cribbage seems that I was the client to arrive for this one particular group therapy today. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Kala, I had spent the our editing a chapter in my book. At 11:00 During my rehab session with Jamie, she and I had gone into the community. We first had gone to the animal shelter to look at the kittens and puppy’s. We then went to the Auburn Mall so as to walk around. We had looked at candles and music while there before leaving. Upon our arrival back to WestSide Neurorehab I had boarded back onto a United Wheelchair van for my trip home. Ihad arrived home at 1:09. Once I had eaten my lunch, I had cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-5:00 before waking. I then acted dinner before taking a shower thus getting comfortable for the night. At 5:35 I had pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
