Happy New Years Eve

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. Once I had loosened my body up with the stretches that I learned to help with my stroke recovery,  I then started to do my back stretches. At 5:28 I cycled for twenty minutes before folding laundry at 5:48 that had been hanging to dry. At 6:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to shave and to take my shower. Once I was ready for the day, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted English muffin before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:05 I then went to the laundry room so as to start a load of laundry. I then went back to my bedroom so as to put dry laundry away while listening to my audio book. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to WestSide Neurorehab. I had arrived there at 9:00 a.m. Upon doing so, I had gone to the conference room to play Cribbage with Kala. It was a time where I usually have newsletter group, but Ashly was out, the therapist that usually does the group. At 10:00 During my rehab session with Kala she had to cover a basic math group for another therapist that was out. Kala and I continued playing cribbage while the clients in the basic math group worked on addition worksheets. At 11:00 during bullet Journal group, Jes had us come up with New Years resolutions for 2019. While we were doing so, the pearly bead group worked on there project in the same room with us, With Kala. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:40-4:40 before waking. I then took a shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and  type of my day.
