Making a craft with Jamie
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery. I then focused on my back stretches. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready fro the day ahead, I then made my way into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:17 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then used my inhaler. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then grabbed my things and met United Wheelchair in my driveway to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival I had sat on th quiet side of the lobby waiting to go to visual impaired group at 9:00. Today Nancy had us taking about our moves we our both looking into doing. We then spoke about a Dakota grip disk you can put on your white while your walking. Nancy then talked to us about some information John had given her on apps they have on health care for your eyes. It was free she was letting us know in the App Store. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Jamie we had put yarn around an empty wine bottle, thus making a craft. We then played mancola. At 11:00 I had gone to Priyadarshi’s office. For mindfulness and meditation group. Today he first let us talk then told us to turn our focus on being happy as we meditated. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. At 2:27 I then got up splashed my face then my mother drover me to the chiropractor. Upon my arrival at 2:50 I had signed. Once my appointment was done, I then set up another one. I then left the doctors office at 3:10 arriving home at 3:21. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner before putting up my blog.
