Making pasta salad during a rehab session with Kathleen

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. Once I had made my bed, I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing each and every morning to help me loosen up since having my last stroke. After doing doing so, I then did my back stretches. At 5:30 I then shaved and took my shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 5:54 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt, while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had finished eating my bowl of cereal and english muffin, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:10 so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in I then took the first puff of my inhaler. At 6:40 Ithen sat down to fill my empty pill containers for the week. At 7:00 I then took the second puff of my inhaler. At 7:30 I then grabbed my knapsack and meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me to WestSide in my driveway. Upon my arrival, I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Today I had written an article on space 2 space and emailed it to Jessica. At 10:00 during my rehab session with with Kathy, we had gone downstairs to the kitchen so as to make a pasta salad. Once we had the vegetables chopped up and the past boiled, we then mixed it all together. Then while eating some we had looke in the cook book to see what it is we would like to make next week. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for genealogy group. Today we looked up the other clients ancestors. At 12:00 I had gone to the kitchen so as to get my pasta salad then went to the lobby to my my driver. Upon my arrival home at 1:30, I had eaten my lunch. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:23. I then called Westside to set up my transportation for Thursday so that I can meet with Tim from 1:00-2:00. He is my case manager for the devision of the blind. Once I had eaten my dinner, I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and to type of my day.
