Taking a walk around Bates college during a rehab session with Jamie

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. First the stretches that have been helping sinc having my lates stroke, then my back stretches. At 5:35 I then shaved and took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then went into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit with yogurt. I then had a bowl of cereal with a half english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:25 so asa to brush my teeth. I then took the first puff of my inhaler. Once I had put some clean laundry away I had taken the second puff. At 6:40 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. United Wheelchair soon arrived to take me to WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had gone to Nancy’s office for visually impaired Group. We began our conversation about the immersion program and also talking about successes and frustrations of the past week. The other client other mention her problem with seizures and how she is not on medication yet but is now seeing a neurologist for the first time. At 10:00 I had gone to the Bates College to take a walk during my rehab session with Jamie. At 11:00 during mindfulness group We spoke about the week then had a mindfulness practice. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair Driver who would be taking me home. While in the lobby, I saw Tim my Case Manager for the devision of the blind. He and I spoke briefly and set up an appointment for next week, Thursday at 1:00 p.m. At 12:45 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 1:45. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then gone to my bedroom to get comfortable, brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:30. Once I had eaten dinner I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
