Talking to Tobie about joining two exercise groups on Friday.

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then preceded to do my stretches that have helped me since having my last stroke in 2011. At 5:17 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:25 I then worked my upper body by doing some light weigh exercises. Once I had completed my workout, I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the kitchen at 5:45 so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. I then toasted myself half a bagel to go with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my nose drops before taking the first puff of my inhaler. I then put in my eye drops before taking the second puff of my inhaler. United Wheelchair had arrived in my driveway at 7:00 a.m. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:30 a.m. Upon doing so, I had gone to the client lounge to wait to meet with Priyadarshi for counseling. We talked about weekly issues and such. At 10:00 I then went to Toby’s office for Recreational therapy. Today she had me cycling in the parking log. Tobie then asked me if I would like to join two exercise groups on Friday. At 11:00 I then made my way to the nurses office for my nursing session. Once we had gone over my medication, We then talk to the nurse manger  over at Schooner Estates. At 12:00 I then met my mother in the Lobby. She had taken me out into othe parking lot to get into my aunts car. We then went to my aunts house. We had arrived at my aunts at 12:07. My aunt then made my a sandwich. Once I had eaten my lunch. At 12:35 I then left the house with my mother and aunt first to go to bed rest to buy a mattress. We then went to T.J.  Max so as to buy two new sets of sheets. At 1:15 we then left the store and went back to my aunts. We had arrived there at 1:23. I then lied down to rest I had slept until 2:30. My father was back from visiting his friend and we had finished what we were doing, we then left for home. We had arrived home at 3:37. Once I had taken a shower, I then made my move in words, While listening to my audio book. At 4:25 Nancy had returned my called. She had let me know that my transportation was all set for tomorrow to pick me up for 2:00. I then spoke to my parents before making my lunch for tomorrow. Once I had eaten my dinner, I then had returned to my bedroom at 5:27 so as to type in todays blog entry.
