My Sunday morning began at 9:a.m. by going into the kitchen to have a bowl of cereal with banana and a slice od toast with peanut butter. Once I had finished eating I then returned to my bedroom at 10:04 to brush my teeth. At 10:15 I then change the sheets on my bed, then made it. At 10:33 I then put my clean laundry away before starting in with my back stretches. At 10:53 I then began to do my stroke stretches. Once I had finished my workout, at 11:10 I put sleeves in my workout binder to put more sheets in with different exercises. At 11:30 I then filled my pill containers before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:15 I then watched the Hal-Mark channel. for an hour. I then went to sleep at 12:15 and slept until 3:34. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I sat down at my I pad at 3:56 and blogged of my day before eating dinner.
