My Saturday morning began at 9:06 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot apple cider while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had some french toast. Once I had finished eating, at 9:53 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:10 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:35 I then started in with my stroke stretches. I had finished my morning workout routine at 10:50. I then put an icepack on my back for twenty minutes before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taking in two puffs of air, I lied down to rest at 11:45 and slept until 2:50. At 3:00 I then changed the sheets on my bed, thus making it. At 3:10 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:30 I then filled up some of my empty pill containers before eating dinner at 3:52. Once I had finished eating, at 4:25 I then watched Sunday Mass on line before pulling up my blog at 5:00 and typing of my day.
