Working on the back cover of my book with Sam during Recreational therapy

 My Monday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then went into the kitchen, so as to eat my fruit and drink a cup of hot cocoa. Once I had finished doing so, I then had some french toast with left over steak. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:37 to brush my teeth an shave. At 6:47 I began to do my back stretches and stroke stretches. At 7:00 I then took my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready to go, at 7:20 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:30 I then watched the news while waiting to leave. United Wheelchair had arrived at 8:20. I arrived at WestSide at 9:30. I had gone strait to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. At 10:00 Dan had me start off with our two lap walk around the perimeter of the dining area and gym. We then went back into the gym to ride the nu step. After fifteen minutes on level two Dan then took my blood pressure. 110 over 80. Perfect, Dan replied. At 10:20 Dan went to get me a drink of water. At 10:25 I then went into the parallel bars to do step ups on the block of wood. Dan then added the foam mat to the exercise. Dan then had me side stepping on the floor. He then had me walk two laps around to end the session. At 11:00 I then went into the conference room for memory strategies group. Keileigh and Skylar had us first listen to a sentence the they read. We then had to repeat it. Then there was this activity memory peg category three items. We then had to put shapes in boxes and tried to remember where they were. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 12:30 I then brushed my teeth before going to the lobby to sit while waiting for my next therapy. At 1:00 I had recreational therapy with Sam. Today she and I worked on the back cover of my book. I had to chose a picture from my photos then insert the write up. At 2:00 I then went to the conference room for cribbage group. At 3:00 I then went to the craft room for library group. Skylar continued to play the Grapes of Wrath. At 4:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 5:00. I had gone strait to my bedroom to take a shower and get comfortable before eating two slices of my mothers homemade pizza. I then returned to my bedroom at 5:54 and blog of my day.
