Writing a Sonic poem in poetry group

 My Wednesday morning began at 5:15 a.m. by doing my back stretches. At 6:00 I then made my bed before going into the kitchen at 6:15 to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. Once I had finished doing so, I then had eaten an omelet with half of an english muffin with a glass of orange juse. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:40 to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I had taken my shower and got ready for the day ahead. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:40 I then left the house to go to WestSide.  Upon my arrival at 8:40, I had sat in the lobby to twenty minutes waiting to meet with Sam at 10:00 for my recreational therapy session. Together she and I continued to edit and look for pictures to put in my book. We also had to crop the some pictures to make them fit. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Once Dan strapped the gate belt around my waist we took off walking in the hallway to start off the session. After four laps we went back into the gym and went into the gym. He then had me on the nu step for twn minutes. I then went into the parallel bars to do some step ups on the box. taking turns leading with the right and left leg. At 12:00 I then went to the dinning area to eat my lunch. After brushing my teeth, I then went to the conference room for chess group with Keileigh and another client. We each won a game. At 2:00 I then went into another room for poetry group. Today Skylar had us write a sonic poem. At 3:00 I then went to the lobby to go home. I arrived home at 4:10. Once inside I had taken a shower before calling my friend Deb, returning her call. We talked for about twenty minutes catching up. At 4:40 I then ate dinner. At 5:10 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
