An extreme workout during P.T.

 My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. After doing so, I then had an omelet with a slice of toast for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 6:42 I then made my bed before starting in with my back stretches. After doing I then shaved before taking my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I had finished doing so, I then put an icepack on my back while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 8:30 I had left the house on United. I arrived at WestSide at 9:40. I sat in the lobby for twenty minutes while waiting for Sam for recreational therapy. She came out to get me at 10:00. Today we put in citation format in my book. We then worked on putting some pictures in my book. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. We began the session with our walk as usual. After three loops around we then went back into the gym. I then did fifteen minutes on the Nu Step. at 74 spm. I had gone .62 miles. At 11:24 I then went into the parallel bars. Dan had put the bosu ball in the parallel bars. He then had me cross my arms. I then put each foot on the bosu. Once I had my balance, Dan had me look in every direction possible. Dan then put the gate belt on me, I then did some side lounges and forward lounges and backward. At 11:30 Dan put a ramp in the parallel bars He then had me stand on the ramp. I then tried to stand on a ramp with a tandem stance, having me look in every direction once again. At 11:40 Dan put three pound ankle weights on each leg. He then had me do some side stepping. He then had me in hallway walking half way and turn around several times. At 12:00 I then went into the dining area to eat my lunch. I then went to the lobby to wait. At 1:00 I went to the conference room for chess group with Keileigh. I had played two games with another client. At 2:00 I then went to poetry group in the craft room with Skylar. Today Skylar had us write a poem of what we did during this past week. At 3:00 I had left for home I arrived home at 4:30. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. At 5:20 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
